Cauliflower Steaks
Devour this cauliflower!

These cauliflower steaks are not just delicious they look like trees.
Ingredients:

- 1large head cauliflower
- Olive oil
- Lemon pepper
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel the leafy bits off the bottom of the cauliflower. Place the cauliflower stem side down on a cutting board. Carefully slice two 1 inch wide slices through the stem, reserve remaining cauliflower for another use, or roast on another baking tray. Using a basting brush, coat cauliflower slices in olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Place in oven for 20 minutes. Take out and flip over. Put back in over for approximately 20 minutes until cauliflower steaks are tender and nicely browned.
