Brussels Sprouts and Bacon

No doubts about these sprouts!

These Brussels sprouts are heavenly. They are the perfect combination of salty bacon and flavourful alien heads. 

Ingredients

- Approximately 1 pound Brussels            sprouts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tsp kosher salt

- ¼ cup thinly sliced shallots

- One third of a package of bacon 

Small Heading

Preheat oven to 425°F. Slice Brussels sprouts ¼ inch thick.  Toss in a bowl with olive oil and salt.
Spread thinly on two baking sheets.  Broil for 10 minutes, add shallots and toss, broil for another 10-15 minutes until nicely browned.

For the best Brussels sprouts ever, sprinkle with bacon lardons
