Kale Chips 

Inhale kale

This recipe is my favourite because it is quick and delicious. You can eat so many greens this way. It's also a great source of delicious nutrition.

Ingredients 

 

- 1 large bunch kale
- Olive oil
- Lemon pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Tear kale into 2 inch pieces, discarding the stems. In a bowl, massage olive oil into the kale.  Sprinkle with lemon pepper and toss to incorporate. Spread kale thinly on baking sheets. Place in oven for 7 minutes.  Remove the sheets and toss the kale. Put back in oven for 3-8 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your kale chips.
