Sweet potato chips

Sweeeeet!

These chips are crunchy, sweet and salty and satisfy your craving for potato chips. 

Ingredients
​

   - 2 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed          clean, with skins on 

   - 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

   - ¼ tsp course sea salt

Instructions 
​

Use a sharp knife or a mandolin and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Place the potatoes in a bowl,cover with ice water and soak for 20 minutes. 

​

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rinse and pat the potato slices dry. Toss them in oil then spread them onto 2 lined baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes and flip once. 

​

Sprinkle with salt.
