Shoestring Curly Fries 

Hell-o Pota-to!

These are pure fun from start to finish. When you spiralize the potatoes, they become long noodles and make the best curly fries ever. They are deliciously crunchy and crispy. 

Ingredients

  - 2 lb. russet potatoes

  - 3½ Tbsp. olive oil, divided

  - 1 tsp. garlic powder 

  - 1 tsp. onion powder

  - 1 tsp. kosher salt

  - ground pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Run potatoes through a spiralizer using the finest blade you own. 

​

Combine potatoes with oil and seasonings in a large bowl and toss well to coat. Lay the potatoes on two baking sheets with parchment paper and spread them into thin layers with gaps between them. Put them in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes until browned and crispy, rotating pans occasionally. Remove pans from oven. Lightly peel potatoes from sheet and serve immediately.
